Normally, I would weigh in at work, the end of the month tracking the progress of a sucessful weight lost.
However, I got so caught up this month that I left work and didn't check so i'm a bit scared. I'm home for a month and feels i'll put on weight. I'm trying my best to eat sensible but i'm very uncomfortable at this point. Can you please help me out and send some tips
