Caribbean Flovor

I know most of your are wondering what this is.

For those vacations goer and island life lovers this is no big secret. In fact most of us love it.

Its just Lobster.

Lobster season has been closed her since the 31st of March and my mouth just waters for it.

On the plate below we have home made mash served with chopped lobster,onions, garlic, peppers and mushrooms in a cream sause. (dont forget the salt and pepper to season)

I can just taste it. Can you?

Oh well so much of wanting what you can"t have in this world today. Now i'm back to work.

Does apologizing qualify me for a Gift

Hello Friends and Family,

It seem like forever I haven"t been on here. I do apologise for my behaviour but recently time just had the best of me.

I know most of you realise I started to change the look of my blog but didn't finish. I still have no idea what I want this to be. Hopefully it will be done by next week.

However, I have a birthday coming up on the 27th of this month and need to start making plans. Any Suggestion? they are highly appreciated. for some reason it seems the old I get the less I find to do and gifts are always welcome on here.

So thanks again for the support  I look forward to your ideas.

My Big Fat Mistake

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

Normally, I would weigh in at work, the end of the month tracking the progress of a sucessful weight lost.

However, I got so caught up this month that I left work and didn't check so i'm a bit scared. I'm home for a month and feels i'll put on weight. I'm trying my best to eat sensible but i'm very uncomfortable at this point. Can you please help me out and send some tips

VACATION!!!!!

Hello Family,

I am on vacation! A long await time off to do absolutely nothing and I'm loving it. Today is my second day and all I did was laying around in pj's and watch tv.
I do have some things I want to do for myself while i'm off so stay tune and follow me as I enjoy my five weeks holiday.

The church is having a youth explosion starting tonight for 4 days so i'm goin to that. The funeral of my dear friend is on Saturday. I have been invited to a bday party Saturday evening So I should have a pretty busy weekend and I have bitter sweet feeling.
