As usual we are always looking for something quick and easy to make and a late night crave has brought me down to this, my version of chicken and avocado salad.

2 regular chicken patties |
|
1/2 head of lettuce |
|
Cut chicken patty into cubes |
|
Toss lettuce, chicken and top with avocado |
In case your wondering. The trick to eating salad as a meal is to eat in large portion so you don't feel the urge to want something more. Enjoy!
